Stoneham Youth Basketball (SYB) was founded in the early 80's to provide an organized basketball program for the youth of Stoneham in grades 2 through 12. Our program promotes sportsmanship, fair play and good competition. There are over 570 boys and girls that participate in our programs. We have town programs categorized by grades. We also have an extensive travel program for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade levels with a focus on advanced skills and a more competitive environment. 5th grade travel was introduced in the 2003-2004 season.
